1/2 Sheet Pan Rack

This can be use as a cooling rack and is the size of a standard 1/2 sheet pan!  Move your parchment (and cookies etc...) right on to the cooling rack.  

Cook on the pan grate while in a bun pan to allow your food to drain or the hot air to reach the bottom of your food product.
